Under Armour

Hi Everyone! Today I visited the Under Armour Brand House, located on Broadway between Houston and Prince Streets. Under Armour is one of my (and my brother's) favorite brands to wear and it's pretty cool that it's my last name too!
Under Armour's first store was located in the basement of the owner's grandma's row house in Washington DC.
This store is very cool. On the first floor is Women and Men's clothing and accessories. While this floor is mostly white, the bright colors of this brand make it bright and fun.
There's a giant wall with plants on it with the brand's logo. We loved this.
If you think this is awesome, read on to see even more cool features. As you walk down the stairs, you will see a huge flatscreen tv playing Under Armour advertisements.
On the lower level, there are more men, women and children's apparel and accessories. My Mom was shocked to see that my brother and I are now wearing Under Armour Men's medium socks! I already have my Under Armour backpack ready to go for when school starts too.

The computerized checkouts where we paid were great too!
Now get ready for the coolest part. There was a partially hidden room with a Under Armour logo chair that is open to the public. Behind this wall was a closed off area.
Somehow we were lucky that we were able to see the roped off VIP lounge in the backroom, which is Stephon Marbury's. He's a former player of the NY Knicks that is in many of the company's ads.

I think this is one of the coolest hidden spot in NYC. Thanks for joining me on this adventure, Andrew

  1. Very cool! We've never been to the Under Armour store in NYC but we did go to the outlet store at Woodbury Commons yesterday. Ari also loves the clothing. You're so lucky-- you don't even have to label that clothing with your last name if you ever go to sleep away camp.
