BRGR

Hi Readers! Today I went to brgr, located on Broadway between 79th and 80th Streets.
These three locations offer an "healthier" burger place. All of their cows are grass fed, which is harder to find these days. Beef from grass-fed cows is higher in omega 3 "good fats". Brgr claims their grass-fed burgers are healthier for the planet too since maintaining grass-fed pastures helps remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Since I'm a vegetarian and not a fan of veggie burgers, I had the black and white milkshake. New York magazine said it was the best milkshake in New York. I totally agree!
I sipped two milkshakes at the same time when Tyler changed his mind and wanted  to order the black and white milkshake like me instead of his vanilla shake. Lucky me!
Here is the menu:
You can customize your burgers with fresh and interesting toppings like avocado, gruyere cheese, or even a fried egg! The decor of brgr is minimalist, unlike the bright orange Maxiga formerly in this space.
Bye for now! Andrew PS. here is the comments link: https://wilanyc.wordpress.com/2014/07/19/brgr-comments/
