This past week I went to cooking camp at Taste Buds Kitchen at 109 West 27th Street!! It was so much fun and the food was fantastic!! The first day I explored Asia. Here is the food we made in Asia! We made vegetable sushi, noodle salad, vegetable dumpling and fortune cookies!
Day two was India. Below is some of the food we made in India!! We made samosas, mango lassi and gingerbread cupcakes.
Day three was food from London. We made blueberry scones and donuts, sugar cookies, and iced tea! Day four was bake sale day! Donations go to Cookies for kid's cancer! Great food for a great cause!
We made spinach and cheese quiche, Madeline cookies, and chocolate croissants! Here are the last goodies left on the tray at our bake sale! Our French creations were a big hit!
The final day was Italy, and I made eggplant pizza, vegetable lasagna and biscotti! Afterwards, the students were given a recipe book, a diploma, and personalized aprons! Our whole class had such a great week!!
