Good afternoon Readers! Today I went to Le Bonne Soupe located at 55th street between Sixth and Seventh Avenues.
This restaurant has been open since 1973. It's so amazing how old it is since I don't know many places anymore that have lasted 40+ years. I had the yummy fondue (showed below) with bread and my favorite kind of apple, Granny Smith and a house salad.
They are also known for their famous onion soup. Looks yummy! I was about to order the soup but the waitress suggested not to, that it would be too much bread and cheese with the fondue. I'm definitely trying it next time!
This is now a new favorite of mine and I was very full after devouring my French lunch! Bye for now, Andrew

DeleteSo glad we went today. That was the best fondue ever and I really loved the green apples with it! Can't wait to go back again. Their chocolate mousse and crepes are supposed to be great too. Great post Andrew!
